Tradeflight HQ owner only

Tomorrow in order

• Paste Flight Deck code. Trading/Riv Desk Site/riv-desk-worker.js into the riv-desk worker in Cloudflare, then Deploy.
• Open this dashboard. Log into Flight Deck with your password and press Owner dashboard, or go to /hq. Requests and members are under Access.
• Test the whole flow. Request from /access with your own email, approve it under Access, copy the invite, open Flight Deck in a private window with that code, run one read.
• Tradeflight Panel published (done). Search Tradeflight Panel by izaan_43 in TradingView Indicators. Essential is the cheapest plan that can publish. The script is already saved in your Pine Editor and the publish form text is in Tradeflight_Panel_publish.txt; Publish as Public and Open-source with the text in Riv_MTF_Panel_publish.txt. Tell Claude after.
• Morning read before 9:30. Ask Claude for a Pre-Flight Read; it gets posted to /read.
• Instagram bio. Copy the Instagram bio link from the Links tab.
• Check traffic. Open Web Analytics and make sure visits show.

• 5 to 15 testers at 5 reads a day for 1 to 2 weeks. Ask what they'd pay for.
• Domain through Cloudflare (about $10 to $15 a year), added to riv and riv-desk. Claude updates every link.
• Terms, privacy, risk pages. Claude drafts, someone checks. Mention free-tier Gemini data use.

• Gemini billing with a $25 a month budget alert to start.
• Stripe account with business and bank details.
• Products: Starter, Pro, Top-up. Desk later.
• Payment Links on the pricing buttons (Claude).
• Monthly read limits in Flight Deck to match plans (Claude).
• Payment to access: manual approval first, Stripe webhook later.

• Paid pricing section, first-month code for testers.
• Ad test at $5 to $10 a day. Judge by requests and payments.
• Cloudflare $5 plan past about 300 reads a day.
• Weekly margin check: Gemini bill vs Stripe payouts.

Plans worst case: every read used, about 5¢ each

Top-ups are the thin one. If Gemini prices double, make it $5 for 30. Never offer unlimited reads.

Monthly, humble 60% of reads used

Before ads and income tax. Free testers fit inside Gemini's free tier (about 500 reads a day).
